WHAT TYPE OF YOGA IS PRACTICED?

Our Goat yoga is an all-levels Hatha Flow Yoga. It is great for anyone from beginner to experienced!

Hatha yoga involves a set of physical postures (yoga poses) and breathing techniques. These are typically practised more slowly and uses more static posture holds than a Vinyasa flow class. Hatha Yoga is utilized to achieve balance between body and mind.

No blocks or props needed.

This class is for all levels.
