Hatha yoga involves a set of physical postures (yoga poses) and breathing techniques. These are typically practised more slowly and uses more static posture holds than a Vinyasa flow class. Hatha Yoga is utilized to achieve balance between body and mind.
No blocks or props needed.
This class is for all levels.
Goat Yoga classes are held at Glacier Valley Farms in the beautiful Squamish Valley of British Columbia.
